Scientists, artists and other scholars share knowledge of the Southern Ocean as key to global health.
In 2020 MEASO(Marine Ecosystem Assessment for the Southern Ocean) begins a collaboration with Living Data to generate and share stories from scientific data and cultural knowledge. Our aim is to contribute to the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) to advance connections with the issue of climate change over the period 2020-2023. As part of delivering these messages, we are developing scientific papers with on-line components and an animated interactive map that evolves as stories are shared.
